Ultra Luxury 2 Bedroom Triplex Major Renovation

I first visited this triplex apartment and immediately fell in love with it.  It was so unique with the outdoor space on the roof.  The apartment consisted of a garage as you walked in the main gate, a bottom level with a small kitchen and a living room and a guest bathroom.  The 2^nd level had the main bathroom and a bedroom with a small balcony and the third level had another bedroom with a small balcony along with a staircase that spiraled to the top of the roof. 

I design almost all of the renovations that my company performs.  I’m not an architect but I love architecture and designing renovations on properties.   I try to utilize the spaces I have to work with.  This property had so much potential.  I personally immediately purchased it after initially seeing it.

I could immediately see that I didn’t need a garage so I envisioned changing that to a wood deck for outdoor space.  I envisioned a modern waterfall with lights at the entrance.   I also imaged the rooftop as a nice oasis where people could enjoy the 6 person Jacuzzi and get a sun tan.   

The major work performed is below:

• I removed the garage area and put in wooden decking along with a water wall with lights
  
• I removed the wood floors and put in polished cement making it more modern
  
• Totally renovated the guest bathroom on the bottom level
  
• Totally renovated the main bathroom using marble throughout and changing all fixture
  
• Changed all windows in the apartment along with a light wall in the center of the apartment
  
• Renovated the kitchen area
  
• Totally painted the entire apartment
  
• Fully furnished the apartment
  
• Removed the small cheap dipping pool and put in a huge 6 person Jacuzzi and re-decked the roof
  
• Changed out all light fixtures and adding AC units in each room

The result is a very modern and unique apartment that was booked solid immediately upon finishing the renovation.  In fact, as expected, I had many bookings before the project was even done with no photos.  Just with the description and floor plans. 

This was one of my favorite projects.  It took 4.5 months to do the complete renovation from start to finish.
