Recoleta
I visited this Penthouse floor apartment in Recoleta and immediately knew it had possibilities. The apartment was located in a nice neighborhood where I already purchased several properties for myself and my clients. The property needed several renovations but the layout was nice and it had high ceilings. The apartment got a lot of natural sunlight.
The major work that was performed during the renovations are listed below:
- The flooring was refinished and restored
- The balcony was decked to give it a more modern look and feel
- The kitchen was totally renovated including knocking down the wall separating the dining room to the kitchen allowing a more open space and letting more natural sunlight enter the kitchen.
- The master bathroom was totally gutted and renovated using high end materials
- The bedroom was totally renovated adding in custom closets
- New windows were installed throughout the apartment
- The former maid’s room was converted into a small business center. There was a small old bathroom with no shower along with a small laundry room that I converted into a full bathroom and adding a nice shower
- Luxury high end furniture furnished throughout the apartment
The result is a modern apartment with high end furniture that will be an amazing rental and an amazing investment. Here are the before and after photos below:
